These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of City.Supply (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or one you are authorized to use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & pricing

We do our best to display products, colors, and pricing accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays them exactly as they appear in person. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or refuse any order.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Pre-orders reserve your spot for an upcoming drop; final shipment timing is estimated and may shift.

5. Authenticity

Every item we sell is inspected before shipment and represented as authentic to the best of our knowledge. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners; City.Supply is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand shown on the Site.

6. Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns

Returns are handled per our Returns Policy.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or resell items in a way that misrepresents their origin.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and code are owned by City.Supply or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City.Supply's total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
