Processing

In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Shipping methods & times (US)

• Standard — 3–7 business days after processing.
• Express — 1–3 business days after processing.

Final cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and cart.

International

International checkout is currently not available. We're working on expanding — join the newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.

Pre-order shipping

Pre-order items ship on the drop's ETA date shown on the product page. Dates are estimates and may shift based on supplier timelines. We email an update as soon as the drop is confirmed to ship.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipment confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out via the contact page.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you. If your package is lost in transit, contact us — we'll file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order enters processing; after that, changes are not guaranteed.
